There are 2 main principles to the “no diet” diet.
- Never go on a diet again.
- Eat healthy food.
That is it! can you follow this diet?
Diet plans usually consist of a list of rules and regulations. In society we are taught from a young age to follow rules and regulations. We are taught to follow instructions and conform to what people tell us to do.
We are rewarded with carrots and beaten with sticks until we comply. Not everyone achieves complete assimilation though. To those of us who are unable to follow rules blindly, (unless they make sense to us), many rules seem strange.
It is easy to follow rules and guidelines that make sense. I prefer to have less rules taking up brain power and grey matter storage space though.
If I want to apply for something, and I see a huge list of requirements and guidance notes, my eyes glaze over. I always wonder why some things are so difficult.
In the realms of diet and weight loss, the useful strategies are fairly simple.
If I were to market my “no diet” diet that I outlined at the top of the page, how would this venture go?
Can you imagine a series of YouTube videos, sales letters, and affiliate marketing campaigns for my “no diet” diet?
Can you imagine reading a 2000 word advert with photos of before and after pictures, pictures of salads and people frolicking in the surf at the beach with athletic teenage bodies?
Can you imagine buying into my dream of a “no diet” diet? You hit the “BUY NOW” button for “INSTANT ACCESS”.
Then you go to the download area, the advert has been written so well that you are worried that your internet connection might go down during download then the download link might be lost….
In fact the “no diet” diet plan downloads in lightening fast time. This is your lucky day! You are on a roll!
Yeeehah… Ha…. Huh… UH?
The frikking no-diet diet plan contains 10 frikking words…
Never go on a diet again.
Eat healthy food.
You hit the roof! Is this some kind of joke? You send a steaming email immediately to the “customer care” department at the no-diet diet plan action desk.
You don’t hold back, your email contains more swear words than a rap song… More threats than even the most jealous boyfriend could make in a fit of rage. More promises than a naughty child after he has been busted for the umpteenth time…
Maybe you have gone too far on this one, is there a law against nasty emails? You realize there is probably a hundred, with more on the way…
Could you say it was a miss send?
Right away, a reply hits your inbox…
You think to yourself “Hopefully my email just bounced back undelivered.”
The letter from the “no diet” diet customer care:
Yes, the “no diet” diet product is only 10 words long. Yours is a common reaction to receiving only 10 words for our “no diet” diet plan.
We have considered expanding the course a little, or possibly adding some bonuses. Up to date however, we are getting a 100% success rate reported by those sticking to the plan.
Some people have commented that:
“not going on a diet is not really a plan, after all how can not doing something be a plan?”
We simply direct them to the small print at the bottom of the 2000 word sales letter. The small print says that we only refund people who stick to the “no diet” diet and fail to lose weight.
We have considered using a smaller sales letter without the pictures of beautiful people and food on, but the do not work. People want to be sold to, they want sizzle, drama, and empty promises. This is what they buy.
Our strategy is sound. We now know that “going on a diet” works for short term change, and that eating healthy food is the bodies best nutrition, and medicine.
If you only eat healthy food, then your body will start to reset and regain natural hormonal balance. You will naturally return to your ideal weight range when you stop eating all that crap.
If you want a 100,000 word book with lots of charts, stats and rules then these are the details of the person who wrote the sales letter:

PS Do not reply to this email, it is automated and no human has been involved, no human will respond further, just stick to the plan.”
